The weather finally broke, and the sun has been out for the last several days. In fact, today was warmer than it has been for a long time. that's why I'm up here on the island in the kitchen...it's cooler.
I suppose I should get up and do something, I'm just really comfortable hanging out here. Maybe it's time for another blog post, the problem is, I don't feel like going upstairs to get online...
Well, what do you know...there's a computer right here in the kitchen I can use...
Now all I have to do is figure out what to write about...I think I'm experiencing writer's block...what to write...what to write...hmmm...Well, I can tell you this much, the little critters are out everywhere with this weather being so nice. Yesterday Blue and I saw rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, and lots and lots of birds in the yard. They're fun to look at, but it gets frustrating that we can't go out and catch any of them.
Last night I overheard Gary telling Frankie that he is considering collars and leashes for us so we can go out with them. I'm not real keen on that idea. I'm afraid the collar will be too tight around my neck. And how are we supposed to catch anything if we are tethered to a leash?
Oh well, no since worrying about it now...if we do get the collars and leashes, at least we'll be able to enjoy the fresh air outside. I think I'm getting cabin fever from being stuck inside all of the time.
